Just follow along with the exercises below, doing as many reps as you can for each one. Rest for 30 seconds between exercises, then repeat the whole workout a total of 4 times.

Get down on the ground in a plank position, then lower yourself down until your chest is about an inch from the floor. Then press back up and repeat.

Next, jump up and switch legs midair so that you land with the opposite leg forward. Immediately jump again and repeat the process, alternating legs each time.

Finally, finish up the best damn bodyweight workout with several burpees. To do a burpee, start by standing tall, then drop down into a pushup position. From there, jump your feet up so that they land just outside of your hands, then stand up and jump straight up into the air with your arms overhead. That’s one rep. Complete as many reps as you can before taking a short break, then repeat the whole process a total of 4 times.
