Try to find a buddy that is within walking distance and has a good pulse. Have him/her do ten sets of fifty reps each and do them shoulder-width apart.

Another great tip I can give you is to do interval training. It’s all about alternating high intensity cardio exercises with lower intensity strength exercises. So if you have been doing strength exercises, do some high intensity cardio.
